The goal of the Blind Whale was to create the most Jeju-style house. In order to preserve the original shape of Jeju stone house, low floor and stone walls were preserved. To attract the surrounding village and seascape, the windows were created, and the old materials, such as gate and floor, were reborn as furniture such as table and bed. As there have been various efforts and processes to protect the value of Jeju stone house, we hope that the experience of staying in the blind whale will be an opportunity to discover the beautiful value of Jeju.
